Hello,
How are you?
I'm a Prof. Queiroz, in Brazil. I have a Ukrainian fiancée, who lives in Kiev.
And I'm planning to pick it up in July. But due to this war, I see that I must plan everything very well.
So, I look to you to find out:
Is the train service to Kiev normal? Is it interrupted? Are there any time and day restrictions?
Is there any procedure for assisting Ukrainian refugees at the Warsaw Station?
Thank you for your attention.
Big hug,
Prof. Queiroz

There is a regular train service from Kviv to Poland, whether it is interrupted depends on Putin, we can't say what will actually run tomorrow and definately not next month. The best person to find out is your fiancée, the latest information is on the Ukrainian Railways website but best use the Ukrainian language version, which no-one here can do.

Normal visa rules seems to apply for you, that's seperate rules for Ukraine and Schengen zone. No idea about special assistance for refugees in Poland, they were set up 2 years ago when there was a big number but since then some people are actually returning.
