Yes, use the Nightjet.com website and go through the process of buying tickets until it confirms availablity and quotes the price. Then click on the discount button and scroll down the list to International, Eurail is there (as is Interrail, don't click that). That should remove 100% of the fare and just leave the sleeping accomodation charges. For a family of 5, "sole use" of a 6 person couchette compartment would be best. These have bunk beds, washing and toilet facilities are at the end of the car. The train does not run every night, you might be planning for a night when it isn't possible. In which case make sure the website isn't offering the next available date!
