We have a private cabin with seats. Do the seats recline so far that they meet in the middle and make a kind off bed, or not?

if this is train 1153 and car 407 then possibly not, all the photos I found show a table fitted in the centre of the compartment. But if it is car 406 you have beds that can be made into seats!
