Is it possible to travel by train between Narvik and Stockholm with a bike packed in a carry bag ?

at present there are no trains from Narvik, it is a bus to the border and then a train to Boden for another connection to Stockholm. Reservations are extremely difficult to get. And that is without the handicap of a bike!
