Hello,
I have already book tickets from Salzburg to Heraklion (Greece) via the airport of Vienna (with the Austrian airlines). The tickets conclude the transfer from Salzburg main rail station to Vienna. The departure of my booking from Salzburg is for Monday morning (03/06/2024) and the arrival to Vienna airport is just before my flight.
I would like to ask you, If it' s possible to change the departure from Salzburg to Vienna airport for the previus day (Sunday 02-06-2024).

As it seems you are now in Szb the obvious best way would be to ask at OeBB counter.

Is this a simple train ticket or an Austrian airlines code share flight ticket with an "OS" flight number? If it is you should phone Austrian Airlines.
