-Can you read/write Chinese. Have CN or Mong ID? For around when is this intended? I guess not.
About only site that allows those big noses (foreigners) to book online-but by far not all they can book, is trip.com. BUT I assume this will not be your very 1st trip to over there, so then you must know that one already.
A recent-about 2 MO ago-same topic on a far better informed and known touristy forum-tripadvisor- showed that there were still not yet through trains UB-BJ, change/cross border was needed with separate bookings both sides. BY then it was thought the direct train would resume from july. But this is by now still UNconfirmed
