Hallo! Neither the EYBIS-System nor the App is working in order to buy an online ticket! How can I get one?

It looks to me like all of their systems are down, which is serious.

Your options are try tomorrow or if you are in Istanbul go to the station and have a face to face interaction at the ticket office!

Reports in another forum suggest that not only is the website and App down but the App will not install/reinstall. The systems appear to be working normally within Turkey, tech experts can suggest why this would happen.
