I have my interrail global pass, and can i get free on bernina express, with only payını the reservation fee?

Even better: according to https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/scenic-trains/bernina-express you don't need a reservation.

the "reservation fee" is actually a surcharge with a reserved seat for using the cars with the tall windows and marginally better views, theare USUALLY cars at the front of the train which donlt have the charge, nor do the regular trains.
