I am looking to book a ferry ticket from Italy to Greece and on the website of the ferry company, I don't know how to book with my Interrail. They don't have a box in their booking with Interrail, so to book my ticket they ask me much more than what I ought to pay.
Should I call them directly? Is there a way for me to book the ticket or not?
The company is Superfast Ferries.
Thank you.

they DO have a place to select Interrail. You go through the booking process, select Seat or Cabin and then go the Discount list and choose Interrail. The discount is only for the actual fare, not the charge for a cabin or better type of seat and not for the taxes/port charges (which are just like the big lump of taxes added on an airline ticket). Which type of seat or cabin you can use depends on the type of Interrail Pass, so if you select anything more than deck/lounge there will be a bigger fee and possibly no discount at all.

I sent an email to the company and they answered this: "Dear Sir/Madame,

Please try to make the reservation online as Adults with fault birth year .
Give us the reservation number and the correct birth years to make the change .

We remain at your disposal.

Regards, (blablabla)"

If you choose 'Adults' there is an Interrail option available but not if you select Youth (13-25 years)

that's an interesting point, I wonder how many other companies have got the same fault...
