This is the first time we've been interrailing so we're not sure how it all works. Does this sound like a good route?
30th-31st August – Amsterdam.
Paris
Nice
Milan
Zagreb
Split
Dubrovnik
We've heard anywhere on the Croatian coast is good so would like to stay there a little longer, is there anywhere in particular that you recommend?
Sofia
Bucharest
Budapest
Bratislava
Again, these above 4 cities we're not sure which we should stay in longer?
Prague
Munich
Berlin
Amsterdam
21st - Flying back to Manchester

So are there too many cities here, will we be too rushed? We want to stay a few extra nights in some places.

Cheers everyone

David

Those many cities in 22 days?

I did Paris-Amsterdam-Berlin-Prague-Wien-Krakow-Venice and Barcelona in 25 days (we activated the interrail pass when we left Paris) and we all would have liked to see a little more of each city. I guess it depends on what you want to do during your trip.

But we used to stay at camping sites, which were far from the city centres, compared to hostels.
It may not seem like it, but you loose a lot of time in trains and stations. We did loose a lot of time going and coming from the camping sites also, and buying stuff at the supermarkets, when we were lucky to found one:D .

Okay thanks for the info - I'll scale down the list a little!
