the important thing to know is the location of the stations. In Porto the trains to Lisboa only use Campanhã station, which is NOT in the centre, so you must decide how you will get there and how long it will take. It is not difficult, but people do arrive at São Bento and then find out it is the wrong station! Trains run about every hour but Alfa Pendular (AP) are about 30 minutes faster and slightly more expensive than the InterCity.

In Lisboa they use Oriente, which is in a modern district east of the airport. All trains EXCEPT the ones that continue to Faro also go to Santa Apolónia which is near the river and old commercial centre. The Faro trains also call at Entre Campos and the norerh edge of the centre. Decide which is best for your needs.

Information and online tickets at https://www.cp.pt/en

People over 65 years receive 50% discount, passport or national identity card with date of birth is required at ticket control.

The stations in Kisboa are all on the Metro system, see this amp www.metrolisboa.pt/en/wp-content/uploads/sites/3/2022/04/Metro-Lisboa-City-Map_VprintAtr.22.png
