Hello
First time to go by train through Europe. I cannot find the time table for Italy, every internet-page says that there are so many trains through the country.
But every side on visit, it says "no route found".
I will travel with Interrail

you are probably using websites recommended by Apps and avoiding the real ones. For any railway in Europe (and some elsewhere) just use Google in English (might work in other languages) and ask for the national adjective followed by the word railways, Google results will normally include one which is clearly official. So in this case you search for "italian railways" and the first on the list is https://www.trenitalia.com/en.html . But Interrail is a problem in Italy, on most longs distance fast trains you have to pay extra for reservations and on slower regional trains which are NOT operated by Trenitalia or Trenord the pass isn't valid. The Trenitalia webiste will give times for all regional trains but does not give them for the competitor on high speed called Italo, who also don't accept the pass.
