Can you use Eurostar with Interrail?

this has become a more complicated question.

If you mean original Channel Tunnel Eurostar to/from London the answer is yes if you have a Global Pass - but the "reservation" fee is at least 30€ or 38€ with 1st class

If you mean the red trains that were previously called Thalys the answer is yes. Or one one page of the Interrail website, no! Since the most up to date page has a detailed list of fees for the red trains we'll assume that is correct https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/tips-and-tricks/trains-europe/high-speed-trains/eurostar

Beware that Interrail reservations has a so-called contingent. That means that the number of reservations with Interrail is limited. Do it as soon as possible.
