es ist schon möglich - aber der Zug fährt nicht vom 10. bis 28. März

It seems to depart from Hannover, though. Any knowledge on why the stretch from Hamburg to Hannover not in operation in that period?

No idea, it's not on the list of line closures and other trains seem to be running.

Its maybe because Hannover main station is currently under construcion .
