good question....
The written rules on which you buy are based on residence and the Swiss B Permit page www.sem.admin.ch/sem/en/home/themen/aufenthalt/eu_efta/ausweis_b_eu_efta.html describes you as a Resident foreign national, which means you need Interrail and only get limited use in Switzerland.

See also rule 2.2 of interrail conditions of use (especially the word “not”, CH is mentioned in 2.1):
2.2 Eurail Pass eligible customers Eurail Passes are available to all persons who are not in possession of a passport/identity card or residence permit of any of the member states of the European Union, or one of the countries mentioned in the previous paragraph.
