when in December? The timetable changes at the second weekedn and reservations are still not possible after that. And there seems to be engineering work affecting the trains in the week before!

Official operator websites are www.bahn.com (multiple language choice) or www.bilkom.pl (Polish only)

The offcial website of PKP is intercity.pl/en .

actually the official home page is pkp.pl but if you click "Buy Tickets" it takes you to the address I gave. If you click Buy tickets and Internet on the Intercity sub-page it seems to go nowhere.

pkp.pl is the site of the company itself , not primary for customers , so i think bilkom.pl isnt the main site for booking . Im not sure if i understood you in your second point but i think you meant that intercity.pl is not working fine . Well , in my case it had always worked good . Why should i book on a website which isnt in English ?
