I know this is a specialized question, but does anyone know the price for cabina tripla on the Intercity Notte for FIP coupon holders? And is there any way of purchasing those other than at an Italian railway station?

No idea about price, for reservations if you are in Britain (not NI) try the RDG website under Rail Staff Travel then "where can I go". If elsewhere, sorry, I can't help.

This was helpful. Apparently you need a Cambio Servizio ticket: 41 euro for couchette, 48 for cabina tripla, 58 for cabina doppia. Only question remaining, where can I buy these tickets outside Italy?
