Hi.
1)
First travel from Warsaw to Kyiv by direct overnight train.
Warsaw departure 17:46
Kyiv arrival 13:00
Tickets available via for example: rail.shop/polrail
Or via the app (only the app, not the website) of Ukrainian railways: http://app.uz.gov.ua/start
2) From Kyiv to Dnipro take as well a direct train.
For example:
Kyiv departure 16:14
Dnipro arrival 22:35
Or overnight:
Kyiv departure 21:39
Dnipro arrival 05:30
Ticket available on the website of Ukrainian railways, follow: rail.shop/ua

Due to current situation in wartorn UKR at the mo it is what it is: the theory will only become practice if all is favorable-and delays, cancellations or whatever rerouting or other thing can happen any time.
OTOH esp. WAW has now an awful lot of through coaches (Bus) to about any major town in UKR from its western BusStation. These can often get stuck for many hours at the border for the checks.
