Hello Guys,
We are trying to catch a nighttrain today but due to errors, delay and complicated connections we are know arriving at Stockholm two minutes before the night train leaves. Is there a way to connect to the other train and them waiting for us

you could try speaking to the conductor of the train you are on if it has one. But estimated arrival times are just that - estimates, if the train is late there may not be a platform available.

The Problem is that no one on this train told us that they can contact the other train. They told us to wait and more informations are not available

Traffic control at Stockholm decides wether a train could wait or not, not the train staff itself.

This is really a dead question now but to tidy it up....
The conductor can't call the other train - but can call the control centre, who can make a decision. It's 2023, that should have been assumed to be normal.
