Hi,
I want to travel from Frankfurt to Paris 5 and back on 5 different weekends in Sept and October. I live in Germany. Is it allowed to travel just between the 2 countries? If i buy a interrail ticket with 10 travel days over 2 months all I then have to do is prebook the reservation seats on the trains? I then just fill in the train times on the ticket and i´m ready to go? Is it that easy? And a friend wants to travel with me on one weekend. If they want to sit next to me do we just book the reservations together? Thanks in advance

You can't do this. You are only allowed one ride from home to border (or sea/airport) and one ride from border to home. Even that is a fairly recent allowance, for many years you couldn't use Interrail in your home country at all. The idea of Interrail is to get people travellng in other countries.
