We already reserved the ticket from Vinece to Wien with seat (08/08) ,
could we change or cancel it?
We can not enter the this web neither call to this company...
Anything we can do to deal with it QAQ

You haven't supplied any of the important details so we can't say whether you can cancel or change. So I'll assume that you chose the cheapest option offered and it came with a no alterations rule. The fare should have a name like Flexible or Sparschein. Or is this with Nightjet?

All the screen dump shows is that you seem to have bought the ticket via the international arm of Belgian state rail company SNCB but the website shown is wrong. Why can't you call the international phone number?
