Departure on ticket from Jenbach to Amsterdam was 2104. Train left at 2033 and I had not been advised. How do I get a refund and/or contact Nightjet

Hi!

Where did you buy your ticket?
When booking with ÖBB you have to enter a phone number and will get an text message in case of timetable changes etc.
