I have the Interrail global pass and Im trying to reserve some seats in Italy but its only showing some really low prices like 15€. Can I reserve any seat in an Italian train, for free with my pass ?

are you sure you know what you are doing? Where are you seeing 15€ ??? That is the cost of a Frecce reservation through the Interrail App (including their fee). You can't reserve with Interrail on the Trenitalia website.
