I've been trying to book a seat through the interrail website for the train that goes from Sofia to Bucuresti Nord but on every single train it says 'seat reservation available'.Does anybody know where I can be informed about the seats? I also have some more questions on the interrail routes so if anybody can give me an email or a phone that I can get in touch with them, it would be much appreciated!

You've as much chance of getting personal contact details for Putin! Interrail do not offer that level of contact, their Facebook page is currently being trolled by a man with this complaint! They want you to use the Community forum pages on the website, which is occasionally checked by their staff but most replies come from other travellers.
Anyway, Sofia to Bucuresti is not reservable. The site that is normally recommended for checking this is seat61 in your case https://www.seat61.com/international-trains/trains-from-Sofia.htm#Sofia_to_Bucharest
