I thought I saw a shower sign when I was in Milano Centrale in February, but apparently there are no showers in either station, according to the Grande Stazione website... :|

how much is that worth it to you? I guess you only ask becse you may use it.
In IT nearly any main stazione has an ALBERGHO DIURNO, which is about the same as a lounge for bisnis in an airport or a hotel without sleep-rooms, but for resting and covering up. Thus they also offer duccia=the word to look for (as douche in most Euro-languages). Will probably cost 8-12 eur or so, my guesstimate. Simply go out of the stazione, open eyes (after that dreadful night without sleepee) and look around. Milano is a VERY expensive bisnis city.
