Hey guys!
Next week we will do an interrail trip over PRAGUE-BUDAPEST-SOFIA-ISTANBUL-VARNA-LJUPRBLJAN.
Our conception is almost complete. But we have some questions to our route.
It's our first trip with interrail so please be so kind and write problems or other points you notice.
We stay some days in each city.
Prague to Budapest
EC 273 ab 09.39 -> an 16.35 (no supplements)
Budapest to Sofia
EC 345 13.05 -> 20:35 Beograd (supplements ???)
D 293 21.15 -> 7.32 Sofia (supplements)
Sofia to Istanbul
D 491 18.55 -> 7.50
Istanbul to Varna
INT 81032 22.00 ->Svilengrad 04.30 (supplements ???)
INT 460 05.05 -> Stara Zagora 08.14
IC 8631 09.06 -> Varna 13.20
Do you think that these connections will work? I read a lot about delays.
Varna to Ljubljana
R 2612 11.00 -> Sofia 18.50
D 292 20.10 -> Beograd 03.53 (supplements ???)
EC 210 05:15 -> Ljubljana 14.49 (supplements ???)
We aren't sure if our route will work.
Thanks to all replys!

supllement is NOt the right word-the main Q is if you need to reserve-and this will cost the odd euro-in the local money.
1.I hope you did not buy that IR yet, as it seems a waste of money. Try to book a cheap ticket via BAHn or wherever you,live to Bpest-furthest station in HU and buy in ROM a balkan flexi pass-esp. cheap for youth as 5 days in 1 month.
2.IST-Varna: dont bother with train, take a direct bus, much much quicker and cheaper and easier.
3.Balkan is valid untill border Serb-Hrvatska, so from there you wold also need to pay normal tickets-or prebook.
4.to check RES needed: check those trains on [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] and see if it says like that is so-or only suggested. You also did not say if you want just seat or sleeper-the trains to/fro IST have sleepersonly for the night portion. Basically ANY train in and in//out of ROM needs to be reserved.
5.expect heavy delays for any train via Beograd-hours, not minutes.
