There is a [b]direct train[/b] taking 3 hours every hour - 08/09/10:05 departure - This costs 10 euro per person for a reservation but is a pretty nice train and by a long way is the quickest. In the afternoon it starts direct again at 15/16/18:05 again taking three hours. In between you can do the same thing but change onto another supplement one at Padova, these cost twice as much and take over an hour longer.

There is also 2 [b]night trains[/b] both nights of 14th and 15th leaving at 19:05 arriving 00:20 (German one - [u]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/rome-munich-cnl-484/34[/u]) and 22:05 arriving at 05:30 (Italian one that doesnt appear to be on railcc yet)

For [b]fully free[/b] connections it is possible but will take you all day (best is 8:40)
