Hello. I would like to travel from Athens airport to Halkida train station. What is the best route?

change trains at Athens. The Chalkida line does not have trains every hour so you may have a long wait.

Do I have to travel all the way to the central station in Athens or can I transfer at the SKA station in northern Athens? This is the route below. Thanks

ALL metro maps in this world can be found on: urbanrail.net
The airportline does NOT serve SKA.
Note that in GR it is often much quicker and many more trips to go by those green KTEL buses-if wait for next train -or if they are on strike again, happens often lately- takes too long.
