How can I travel from Frankfurt to Bacharach on a one-day trip?
Are there any trains available from Frankfurt am Main to Bacharach? (I prefer Direct.)
Is there a pass available for a one-day trip?
Are there the Schleswig-Holstein ticket like Hamburg?
*I am not a citizen of the Schengen area.

All States of Germany have these Tickets ("Länder-Tickets") , but Frankfurt (M) are in the state of Hesse and Bacharach is in the state of Saarland , so this is impossible . Btw. currently are trackworks between Koblenz and Frankfurt , when do you like to travel ? And yes there are a direct train , RE 2 , tickets can be buy at the counter/vending machine or in the RMV App (unfortunately not from bahn.de/rmv.de ). One way cost the ticket 17,60€ , so with a return 35,20€ . Hope i can help u a bit !

Maybe is the "German Rail Pass" a option for you , but that depend on the days of travel and how much you like to travel . (With it you can also use ICEs and ICs as well as ECs ) or the "Quer-durchs-Land Ticket" , with it you can travel on one day in complete Germany , but only with regional-trains .
