As we are travelling for first time with interrail, we bought our seats on saturday for outbound from Austria to Switzerland. Now I read that saturday is maybe not a valid day for an outbound trip, is this true ?
Another question: when the mobile pass is checked in the train, do I need internet access to prove it ? As Switzerland is outside EU, my phone has no internet abo. Would need an extra sim card for internet in this case.
When I pay the global pass for me and my wife can I use my account for both global passes or do we need mine and hers bank accounts ?
Your answer is very appreciated.
Cheers from Otto

For info about using the Mobile pass see https://www.interrail.eu/de/interrail-passes/interrail-mobile-pass/mobile-pass-faq

There are no "not valid" days but Saturdays are VERY busy on trains on the Arlberg route, both SBB and ÖBB have warnings of heavy demand on many trains, especially those reaching Switzerland after 12:00. Seat reservation is essential.
