Hello, just trying to sort out some last details with the route.
Going from Krakow to Budapest to Hvar (via Zagreb and Split but no stop overs) then back to Split.
Rang up DB Bahn to get prices for the Krakow to Budapest day train and it came out at £76 for one person, this seemed a bit expensive or is Polish train travel a bit more than Im used in Eastern Europe?
Also while Im posting I am travelling from Budapest to Split on the 23rd July but the direct night train is not running that night and so have to get the train to Zagreb then the night train down the cost, is this still the best option and does any one have an idea of the price?
Would it be worth staying over in Zagreb for a night and then getting a day train or get a day/night bus down the motorway?
Any help would be greatly welcomed.
