Like for most newbee Qs; impossible to tell without more precise details. Most=not all stations will have luggage lockers-in some very modern with card only, in other a bit older-in various sizes and with coin-payment only. Happy we have €! BUT; how long you can leave your precious pieces in is also very variable per country. It may be for MAX 24 hrs or even just the day-till night closure, or it may be for longer-and then you pay the extra days when you want to retrieve. In general it is for this far easier and cheaper to use facilities at hotel/placeyou stay if you just make a short tour after that. Plan accordingly.
