Hello,
My wife and I are visiting Sweden in August. We fly in to Stockholm, stay 5 days, then train to Gothenburg, then fly from Gothenburg to Stockholm then Stockholm back to the US. We are having a hard time finding how much luggage is allowed on the train. Does anyone have a good resource for this info?

Thanks!

Hello.
To travel from Stockholm to Göteborg, book your ticket here: https://www.sj.se/en
Use "Stockholm C" and "Göteborg C" as station names to travel from city centre to city centre.
It is a comfortable trip on a direct train with a journey time of three hours. Tickets start from SEK 295. Buy your ticket well in advance and travel outside peak times (morning, evening) to get a good price.

Luggage: Each person is allowed a maximum of two bags (maximum dimensions 80x50x35 cm, maximum weight 20 kg per bag) and one small hand luggage. But don't worry, it's relaxed, not like an airport. Nobody will weigh your luggage.
See the rules here: https://www.sj.se/en/travel-terms/luggage.html
