Hello guys!
Thanks for the great advice last time!
We're now well away on our IR journey, and we're all having a great time, but I've got 2 questions that
I can't seem to find the answer to.
1.
We'll be in Rome on the 10th of July, and would preferably like to go to Nice that night.
Is this possible without having to empty all our pockets?
Great if you guys could give me some information about this.
How to do it / prices etc.
2.
Then we need to go from Nice to Murcia on the 13th of July, as our IR tickets end on the 14th.
What would be the easiest / cheapest route from Nice to Murcia ( Del Carmen) on that date?
If you could provide some info regardring this as well, it would be outstanding! :D
Yours sincerely

Hi Erling and Kristin.
Good to hear that you have fun.
Rome-Nice: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/rome-to-nice9
Nice-Murcia: not possible in one day. A really long trip!
Maybe thing about including Barcelona (to reach by free trains):

And then in a second step to Murcia?!

Hello Peter!
Now I've been looking a bit more, and I'm wondering how much these trains will cost us:
We're trying to take the train from Nice - Alicante..
1: NZ 4730 from Nice Ville to Toulouse Matabiau with departure 20:20 and arrival 05:22. (13th of July - 14th of July)
2. TGV 5301 from Toulouse Matabiau to Narbonne with departure 06:54 and arrival 08:08.
3. Train nr. 463 from Narbonne to Alicante-Terminal with departure 08:20 and arrival 17:20.
This is propably a stupid train ride, but we've got someone that could pick us up at Alicante, so it would fit
perfectly.
I see that all these trains require a compulsory reservation, so my question is how costly these reservations are?
