Hi railcc(s),

Firstly, loving the new site :D Good work!

How do I reserve seats for high speed trains and International trains? Can I do this at a train station and how many days in advance should I do this?

I'm going from Brussels to Paris and then Paris to Bordeaux. This is the only part of the trip I have planned and need to get seats on the trains for certain dates. After that I am as free as a bird.

Thanks in advance,
Jeff!

Hi Jeff.

Always check the connections. As some are available without extra reservations. Often slower, but still okay.

Example Brussels-Paris: https://rail.cc/en/train/brussels-to-paris

Then check the train types, there we added the information how to buy reservations - if needed.
Example the TGV Paris - Bordeaux: https://rail.cc/en-type-country/train--grande-vitesse/sncf-tgv/42

Hi Peter,

Where can I reserve tickets? I tried another website but they told me it was £16 to reserve a seat :((

Hi Jeff.

Which train you want to reserve? Simply follow the links I gave you.
Use our railcc shop. Paris - Bordeaux: EUR 6 + free delivery. :)
Fill in Paris Austerlitz and Bordeaux St Jean:
https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation

Here you can buy as well your Interrail ticket if you want to support our work and the information we have - instead of an anonymous train ticket outlet. :)

Thank you for the link. I follow the steps for reserving and when I click add to cart nothing appears in the cart. Any idea what is happening?

Mmmh? Did you clicked proceed to check out and filled in your data?
Otherwise restart your browser, maybe it had a problem with JavaScript?

And of course Montparnasse. Sorry. Mixed up with all the connections I'm working on currently. ;)

Tried several times and it won't work :(

Any ideas? I don't get to any point where I have to fill out information.

Strange. Never heard about this problem. Just tried it myself with Firefox, IE and Chrome browser and it worked fine. Sorry. Then you have to search for an other possibility. :o
