Hi, we‘re a group of four and we travel Great Britain with an Interrail ticket. We booked our reservations separately and would like to sit together. Is that possible? And if it is possible how?
Thank you in advance!

The basic answer is go to a station ticket office in Britain - where the fee for reservations is £0.00 !!!! You won't get back whatever you paid to whoever you did the original reservations with - that money was 100% service charge by them.

What are you going to? Reservations are optional in GB although some trains can be predicted to be busy and it may be a good idea. Some have unreserved cars so if you are travelling from where the train starts you just have to be near the front of the queue at the gate.

It reaslly all depends on time of day, day of week and what line_in most cases its not needed at all. IT is advised on busy peak-hr trains to/fro LON. and of course-mandatory, for the very, very few overnight trains.
