Hi :)
As I said in the other topic, I still looking for routes. This is another different possibility:
Lisbon to Paris by plane
Amsterdam
Prague
Krakow
Wien
Luxembourg
Back to Paris to catch our plane to Lisbon (cheapest city for it)
Is, at least, 6 days of train trip so we are wondering if its not better/cheaper buy some ticket without interrail from one of these destinations and then be able to buy a 5 in 10 days interrail ticket instead of 10 in 22.
In Paris we would like to take a day to visit Mont Saint Michel. Is any train to there?
I saw the trains from Paris to Amsterdam and notice that one takes 3h and the other one 8h! To go in the first one, what is the extra charge? I saw somewhere that was 39 euros in 2st class. Is this right? And if it is…has no night train? Its because 8h is too much for a normal journey without couchettes/sleepers. Btw, how much is the fast train from paris to amsterdam without the interrail pass?
And how long takes the journey Prague to Krakow?
I couldn’t find Krakow - Wien and from Wien to Luxembourg. Could you please help me with these routes?
We need to be in Paris at 5th November since we will get our plane to Lisbon that day at 16h but we also need to be in Luxembourg until the end of day 4 because we will watch Within Temptation’s show at 20h30. The place of the show is Rockhal and its right beside a train station so it would be great if we could catch some night train to Paris after 0h30.
Ps: To trips longer than 5h we prefer night trains.
Hope you can help me :)

for these tickets without IR you would pay at least about 180 euro(if you buy each ticket in promotional price) so if you are still youth if think is better use IR
with 10/22 you will be more elastic and comfortable with choosing i.e. trains, etc...
from WikitTravel:
By train + bus
There are no direct train services between Paris and Mont St Michel, but rail travel to the island is nonetheless feasible. The best option is the TGV from Gare Montparnasse to Rennes, where a bus run by Keolis Emeraude (ex Courriers Bretons)(tel. 02-99-19-70-70, www.destination-montstmichel.com ) provides a 90 minute transfer to the island (there are 4 departures from Rennes per day, most departures are timed to match to the arrival of the TGV in Rennes). The bus station is immediately outside the Rennes train station, at a bus terminal building on your right, after leaving the station by the north exit. The bus costs €11.40 , with a reduction to €8.60 for people under 25 or older than 60, a it's free for children under 12. Bus tickets are sold by the driver when boarding the bus, and in advance at the bus terminal.
Note: the bus stops at the entrance to the Mont St Michel itself. You can also ask the driver if you want to stop to the hostel before Mont St Michel.
Another option is to take a TGV train to the Pontorson-Mont St Michel train station (up to 4 a day), with a stopover in Rennes. The Pontorson train station is no more than 15 minutes from Mont St. Michel. Buses are available several times a day. You can get a schedule from the Pontorson train station.
There are also two buses daily from Saint-Malo to Pontorson (line 17, 1 hour, 3.20 € single trip), which are timed to connect to buses to Mont St Michel (2.20 € single trip).
Thalys train from Paris to Amsterdam costs with IR about 30 euros BUT you can find their special price(without IR) for 30-40euro so then you will save one travel day (if you do not want to use other trains that day)

Prague - Krakow there is direct night train. also day train with one change is possible.

Krakow - Wien: day trains with two changes or night direct
https://rail.cc/en/night-train/krakow-vienna-d-402/407/70
Wien - Luxembourg - no direct trains. here you will find more information:

there is no train to Paris to Luxembourg about the midnight. first train on 5th Nov is about 6 o'clock (TGV)
please, look for more information about itineraries i.e. here: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] and look for intresting your information on railcc web site :)

Thanks!
Yes, I have plenty of time, but we need to choose a route, book planes, hostels, plan which sites to visit in each cities and everything so is never too early :)
The thing about buy some ticket without IR pass is because my boyfriend is older than 26 years old so for him, maybe, it would worth it.
From Luxembourg to Paris in TGV how much is the extra fee with Interrail pass?
Do I need to book all night trains?
Cheers!

TGV costs about 6 euro
The time you have chosen is not high peak time but I always book tickets early because later it can complicated the travel.

Thanks.
I was searching for connections from Wien to get in Luxembourg. Is it wien-zurich, changing in zurich to luxembourg, the best option? I mean, considering time and extra fees?? Or have you another suggestion?
Cheers

yes, this(https://rail.cc/en/train/vienna-to-luxembourg) would be the best option.
and if you don't want to spend a lot of money for food at the Zurich station, you can find a supermarket between the station and the lake, on the right when you go toward the lake :)

Prague with Luxemburg is not well connected. Travel takes more than 10 hours so, in My opinion is better to take night train which is no direct:
Prague 18:31 - Offenburg 6:20, CNL
supplements needed -> https://rail.cc/en/night-train/prague-zurich-cnl-458/39
Offenburg 7:04 - Strasbourg 7:34, without supplement
Strasbourg 8:06 - Luxembourg 10:14, without supplement
