Hi,
A friend of mine, which is going interrailing with me this august, just lost his ticket (30 day Global Pass), along with the Rail Safeguard Plus. He had it at home and now he doesn't know where it is.
What's the best solution in this case? Is it possible to order a new ticket with a discount or he really has to buy a new full-price ticket?

Sorry for just answering now, but I didn't want to bother you without being sure that my friend couldn't find the ticket.
He searched for it everywhere and he really can't find the ticket.
Yes, he (and the rest of us too) bought the ticket here in railcc. My friend has the e-mail with all the details of the purchase and the ticket.

I've contacted them. I sent them a message Saturday and they said nothing yet.
We are going to catch our flight on the 29th, and I am really worried with my friend's problem.
I would really like to have this problem solved, and fast (as you must understand).
Have you got anything more to say that would really help us?
