We would like to include San Sebastian/Biarritz to our one month Interrail and now im looking for help! What is the easiest and cheapest way to do this? Of course rather without suppliments if its possible..

Thanks already!

from Barcelona to San Sebastian the easiest way is take direct train.
there are two per day and goes 5 hours and half, supplement required (6,5euro)

from Paris to Biarritz you can take night train Corail Lunea to Irun; goes from Austerlitz Paris station. information about supplements and itinerary: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/paris-irun-icn-4053/112

Can anyone tell me if it's worth buying a first class ticket on this route? I read that normally a meal is included on ALVIA traines, but not on this particular route.

Well...as you said, the free meal is not included, comfortwise 1st class usually is better, but 2nd itself has a good standard in Spain so personally I think I would save the money and go with 2nd class.
