Thought it would be quite fun if people shared the one piece of advice they wish they'd known before their interrail adventure!

most people in eastern europe train stations don't speak english so if you ask for the train for belgrade you can be put in a train for st petersburg ; just try to get the info by the internet when you can and just check at the train stations.
& also, just don't travel heavy ; first time, i take way too much stuff/clothes that i didn't even use once : if you're not sure something is necessary or you would be able to use it, let it at home..
