Hello everyone,
I Have not give up yet the option Greece. There are no trains to leave, but there are certainly buses (right?). I'm tired of searching the internet and have not found a connection from northern Greece (Thessaloniki maybe) to Sofia.
Does anyone know the times / prices of buses from northen Greece to Sofia?
Sorry once again,
Gasparzinho

2 or 3 direct buses/day-NOT on the www-thats why all that searching is often fruitless, I estimate about 25/30€-perhaps less even for senior or student/young, for a direct ticket. Pay when there. In Thess the BUSstation is about 2 kms west of the trains (many OSE buses howveer arrive/depart from across the trains)

Hi!
Other possibility:
Thessaloniki 0711 - 0907 Strymon
Transfer with Taxi over the border (~15km) to Kulata
Kulata 1435 - 1845 Sofia
