Hey there,

I'm in Barcelona right now and want to go to Provence in a few days. Therefore I need to book a reservation for a TEOZ (4660). Where can I do that? I just can't find the the option on the homepages of the french rail companies...HELP!

Best regards

Hi!

Where exactly do you want to go? You can probably avoid the TEOZ and travel by TER (without reservation).

However, you should be able to get the reservation at the international ticket window either at Franca or Sants station. It is also possible online as explained here :arr: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/tgv-sncf/42

Hej,

no need to take the TEOZ:

Narbonne 1539 - 1814 Avignon (this is RE 76426)

or, if you miss this one because connection time in Narbonne is quite short:

Narbonne 1614 - 1820 Avignon

No problem.

Are you heading for Avignon? Or somewhere in between? Because the later train does not stop at all stations...

We're heading for Avignon-Central and want to sleep at a campsite a bit outside of the city near Chateauneuf-du-Pape. Do you know that part of France? We'd like to have some days in nature (camping, swimming, going by bike...)...

Closest railway station to Chateauneuf-du-Pape is Bedarrides:

Avignon Centre 1846 - 1857 Bedarrides

Then it is still some ~6km to Chateauneuf!

I have been in Avignon in 2003 but not in the area around...maybe think about going to Arles which is not far away and at the border of the Camargue national park? Or go to Niolon (or somewhere along the railway line Arles - Marseille via Niolon. :)
