I'm booked Terni - Ancona - Rimini and Rimini - Ravenna - Ferrara - Padua first week of June. Any news about rail traffic given the current floods is appreciated.

Frequently updated info is published in Italian on the Trenitalia website on the page https://www.trenitalia.com/it/informazioni/Infomobilita/notizie-infomobilita.html.html The logs for the flood damage are updated as things change so you need to keep checking the same thing, latest news at the top of each log. Currently there are many cancelaltions but they say things will improve from Monday 22nd May - but keep checking.

Thanks. Hopefully I can get an English translation off that page as my Italian is rudimentary at best.

They invented "Google translate" for that.

Yes but it doesn't always work for me as I don't always get a "translate to english" box

Curious, try googling "translate to Italien" and reverse the two boxes with those 2 arrows.

I'm keeping an eye on the news via France24 and I just went to the Trenitalia site MisterSteve linked. I got a translate to English option. Result: "We are sorry, the page is not currently available." IDK if that's because something is wrong with the site or they're updating.

Neither, I've just noticed the end of the link has pasted in twice in my post so if you use all of it it will fail. It should be

Hi MisterSteve. Thanks for the correction. I was able to read their update. I've got about two weeks up my sleeve so hopefully (for me) the trains will still be running. I'll now keep checking.
