Hi.
You can either rush trough or do it step by step.
I recommend you a route like this:
Stockholm - Malmö - night train to Berlin - Prague - night train to Krakow - Budapest - Belgrade - Sofia - Istanbul

For details, the train types, where to buy ticket and find schedules, use this information: https://rail.cc/en/train/stockholm-to-istanbul

And I think the 10 days in 22 days InterRail Global Pass is a good option. As you could add some more stops if you like. For example the Black Sea in Bulgaria. Or Vienna, or Hamburg, ...

For single prices ask the different national railway companies.

A 10 days in 22 InterRail pass YOUTH is EUR 249. Details are here:
https://rail.cc/en/interrail-global-pass

Concerning reservation fees for the night trains, simply check the country topics of the forum:

... and so on ...

Hi.
I am offering nothing... you have to do and plan it by yourself as InterRail is simply a rail ticket and nothing planed or something like this... :)
From Scandinavia you have two night train services:

- Copenhagen to Munich / Basel / Amsterdam:
https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-basel-night-train/f3762
https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-munich-night-train/f3772
https://rail.cc/en/copenhagen-amsterdam-night-train/f3010

- Malmö to Berlin:
https://rail.cc/en/berlin-night-express-sweden-berlin/f1186

If Sweden is your country of residence (residence more than 6 months there) you can not travel for free in Sweden.
