Me and a friend are planning this route from 5th of June:
Rome 5-9/06
Venezia 9-10/06
Nice 11-13/06
Marseille 13-14/06
Barcelona 14-16/06
Ibiza 17-20/06
Valencia 20-22/06
San Sebastian 22-26/06
Paris 26-28/06
Amsterdam 28-30/06
Rock Werchter (Lueve) 30/06-04/07
Does anybody have any tips to improve our route? Make it better?
Tips on what trains we should take from spot to spot?
We´re wondering if it would be best to travel with a 22-days pass or a 10-days flexi pass?
We´re thinking night train from Venezia to Nice?
Are also planning to take the ferry from BCN to Ibiza, have heard of a so called Party ferry, does anybody know which that is?

Hi!
A 10in22 flexi pass should be sufficient for your route. I'll give you some suggestions about possible connections, for more details you can use the schedule planner :arr: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route (if something remains unclear just write here of course) ;)
Roma - Venezia: Hourly fast ES Frecciargento trains with 10€ reservation, travel time ~3h45; slower cheaper alternatives :arr: https://rail.cc/en/rome-venice/f6203
Venezia - Nice: There is no night train since several years; you will have to go during the day via Milano. There are frequent ES City Frecciabianca trains between Venezia and Milano but with 10€ reservation. From Milano you then go via Genova and Ventimiglia to Nice. If you want to save a little money, I'd recommend this route:
Venezia SL 1103 - 1435 Milano Centrale
Milano Centrale 1505 - 1907 Ventimiglia :arr: IC, 3€ reservation, recommended but not compulsory
Ventimiglia 1917 - 2005 Nice Ville
Nice - Marseille: Avoid the TGV and TEOZ trains, instead use the ~2 hourly regular TER services
Marseille - Barcelona: If you want to avoid to pay reservations it is a rather long trip, I have to look for a good connection without reservations if you want to
Valencia - San Sebastian: Fastest option is via Madrid including two reservations (2x6,50€ at least)
San Sebastian: First with regional train to Hendaye, then with TGV (6€ reservation, try to get it beforehand at a station eg in Nice or Marseille) to Paris
Paris - Amsterdam :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/paris-to-amsterdam
Amsterdam - Leuven: Go the same way back as you came from Paris, but in Mechelen you change for a train to Leuven
Ibiza: I dont know about a party ferry, but regular services operate from/to Barcelona and Valencia.
