Hi!

The answer is no, unfortunately. To apply for a Youth InterRail pass you would have to be 26 on the first day of validity of the ticket...

Hello,

so as I understand and just want to be sure, there is no problem of purchasing Youth Pass, if the 26th birthday is gonna come during travelling period?
thanks

Hi.
Exactly. If you are still 25 years old at the starting day of your pass, you can travel with a YOUTH pass.
It is no problem having your 26th birthday then during your trip.

I think EU extended youth for 29 years old.

Hi.
But the EU has nothing to do with rail tickets done by railway companies. So the YOUTH in the sense of the rail companies is a special bonus. If they would, they could even make disappear the bonus of youth tickets. Don't misunderstand me: I would also prefer having it extend to 29. :)
