1.maybe-depends on season and time-and only if there is space left. Which obviously means you need to reserve
2.this is wrong word-it simply means reservation-for person and bycyclette. Also note that with IR there are QUOTA=very limited nrs available to ''pass holders''.cannot do online-fone an office that knows the ways, SNCF runs an overpriced office in LONdon-some of generally more knowlegeable Uk-based bookers might also be able of help.
