I've found connections to Belgrade, Vienna, Istanbul and Bucharest, but...are there others? Bus, rail, air, whatever! Any ideas of prices/times? Anything?!
Merci!

Thats the international rail connections, there are none to Macedonia directly, you have to go via Nis in Serbia. You can get a bus from Skopje. There are trains going to the black sea resorts from Sofia. You can obviously fly from lots of European cities to Sofia

there are 5-6 direct buses Sofia-Skopje, some of these come from ISTanbul and have nice modern TR-buses.
For more buslinks: google for autogara-sofia or follow links in busstation.net.
Of course any bus has to be paid for directly (they tend to be not very expensive over there) and are not included in IR-tickets.
