Hi!
I think the 10in22 ticket is the best option for this journey.
Going directly to Spain is a very long trip! I would recommend going first to Switzerland with the direct night train Beograd - Zürich :arr: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/france/fr train from Geneve to Irun. From Irun you have to use EuskoTren to get to Bilbao which is about 3h45 and costs ~5€. You could also get with regular RENFE Cercanias trains from Irun to San Sebastian and change there to EuskoTren what might be a little cheaper and faster.
From Bilbao to Madrid it is best to use on of the two daily direct Alvia trains, compulsory reservation 6,50€!
Madrid - Barcelona is done best by the frequent and fast AVE trains, compulsory reservation 10€!
From Barcelona back to Serbia is a very long trip again...
You can go Barcelona - Nice - Milano - Venezia and then with night train to Beograd but this requires to stay overnight somewhere along the route, ie in Nice.
Other option is Barcelona - Lyon - Zürich and night train to Beograd, again with an overnight stay, I'd recommend Lyon, or maybe Avignon
Have also a look here :arr: https://rail.cc/en/first-interrail-tour/f3303
