I would like to know if we can make a reservation on the internet for this train ? Or do you think we can do it in Zagreb 1 week before ?

You can not buy the reservation for this train online. But it is possible in Zagreb main station as the trains origin is Zagreb:

you can-but do not NEED to. decide yourself (doing it and boarding in Ljub most likely means you have to chase away someone else from your allotted seat).
